Because the 4th of July falls on a Sunday this year, the Richland Independence Day Parade will be on Saturday July 3rd this year. Please make note of this in your calendars!
Also note that the Richland Gull Lake Lions Club Chicken Barbeque and the Gull Lake Area Rotary Raffle will also be held on Saturday July 3rd this year. |

Its official. The Parade Committee has just received confirmation from the 127 Air Wing of the Air National Guard based in Selfridge Michigan (formerly based in Fort Custer, Battle Creek) that they will again be participating in this year's Richland Independence Day Parade. So keep your eyes to the skies on July 3rd to witness a formation of A-10 Thunderbolts (or Warthogs, as their known) fly over Richland and help us celebrate our nation's birthday! One more reason not to miss this year's Richland Independence Day Parade, July 3rd, starting at 11 am. |

You do not need to pre-register for the parade. All you need to do to register your entry is to get a copy of the Registration Packet, read it, fill it out, and bring it with you the day of parade (Saturday July 3rd.). There are several ways you can get a copy of the Richland Area Independence Day Parade Registration Packet. The easiest way is to download it by clicking here (download Registration Packet). |
